Formed in both the Ignatian and Carmelite traditions, I offer spiritual direction, workshops and retreats both online and in person.  I assist with the Spiritual Direction Formation Programme offered by the Centre for Applied Carmelite Spirituality in Boars Hill, Oxford and contribute to the programmes offered by the House of Prayer in East Molesey. the Cockfosters Centre for Spirituality in North London and the London Centre for Spiritual Direction.  I also offer retreats to parish groups and organisations.

• Weeks of Accompanied Prayer / Retreats in Daily Life / Individually Guided Retreats
• Various courses on Ignatian spirituality, discernment and prayer

• Various workshops including Lectio Divina, Praying with Art, Praying with the Psalms, Praying with Icons, the Wisdom of the Desert Fathers & Mothers and Contemplative Photography to name a few
• Quiet Days & Themed Retreat Days / Weekends 

I hold a Masters Degree in Christian Spirituality from Heythrop College (University of London) and a Diploma in Spiritual Theology from the Teresianum Pontifical Institute in Rome.
